JASIC offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order. This Return & Refund Policy applies only to orders placed on our official website. For items purchased through other channels, please refer to the specific return and refund policies of those platforms.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
Step 1:
Please contact our support team at support@jasicus.com and provide the following to verify your request:
- Your Order Number and the reason for your request.
- Clear pictures and videos of the product issue.
- A photo of all shipping labels on the original package.
Step 2:
Our team will contact you to discuss the issue and offer a solution based on our official policy.
Step 3:
Once an agreement is reached, we will provide you with the necessary return information. Returns will be processed at our designated U.S. warehouse. Detailed shipping instructions and the specific warehouse address will be provided once your return is authorized.
If the return is due to a quality issue, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. If the return is for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.
Step 4:
Return the product (if required). Once the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days. For refunds, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your original payment method.

2.Transit Damage
①Visible Outer Package Damage: Please reject the delivery directly or report the damage on the delivery slip before signing.
Note: Please report any visible damage to us within 48 hours to ensure a smooth claim process. We will work with you to provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you for confirmed transit damage.
②Concealed Damage: If the outer packaging is intact but the product is found damaged upon opening, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and all original packaging.

3.Incorrect Item Received
Items must be returned within 30 days in original, unused, and resalable condition.

Please provide photos and videos for our team to evaluate and provide a solution.

5.Personal Reasons / Order Cancellation (Shipped) / Exchange
Items must be returned within 30 days in original, unused, and resalable condition.
Associated Fees: At Customer's Expense, (1) All associated shipping costs
6.Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts.
Associated Fees: At Customer's Expense, (1) Reshipping costs
7. Other
For any other reasons not listed above, please contact our support team.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from our standard return policy:
- Custom Products: Any special orders or equipment modified to meet specific customer requirements.
- Clearance Items & Gift Cards: All sales are final for clearance items and gift cards; they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we will conduct a thorough inspection within 5 business days to assess the product’s condition and compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
(1) Refund Approval:
Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, you will receive a refund notification email.
(2) Partial Refunds & Adjustments:
Refunds may be adjusted if the item is returned with missing parts or signs of excessive use, as outlined in our specific return categories above.
(3) Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be issued directly back to your original payment method. Generally, it takes 3-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Note: If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please feel free to contact us or your card issuer for further assistance.
Replacements
Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the item within 5 business days to ensure its condition aligns with our previous communication. Upon successful verification, we will promptly arrange and ship your replacement.
Need it faster? If you require a replacement urgently, we recommend placing a new order for the item you need and requesting a full return and refund for the original order. This ensures you receive the product as quickly as possible without waiting for the return processing time.
